Hip Joint Endoprostheses

RM Pressfit Vitamys Acetabular Cup

A monoblock cementless solution designed for long-term stability and bone preservation. Manufactured from HXPE Vitamys polyethylene with a titanium particle coating, it offers exceptionally low wear, high resistance to ageing, and excellent biocompatibility. Its unique elasticity, similar to human bone, ensures physiological load distribution and reliable primary fixation. Suitable for younger and more active patients, it allows the use of larger diameter ceramic heads.

TwinSys Cementless Stem

A femoral stem of a classic hip prosthesis design, successfully used for over 30 years. Manufactured from a titanium alloy with a structured surface and hydroxyapatite coating, it ensures reliable primary stability and effective bone ingrowth. The stem achieves secure fixation even in soft or fragile bone, allows precise head selection, and provides long-term implant stability.

Optimys Cementless Stem

A short, bone-preserving hip stem designed to restore the patient’s natural anatomy. Its curved design avoids deep insertion into the bone, reduces bone loss, and enables precise restoration of leg length, offset, and the center of rotation. Made from a titanium alloy with a calcium phosphate coating, it ensures reliable primary fixation and rapid bone ingrowth, making it particularly suitable for younger and more active patients.

Ceramys Ceramic Head

High-quality ceramic material ensuring extremely low wear and excellent articulation within the joint. The head offers high mechanical strength, durability, and outstanding biocompatibility. Its low friction coefficient reduces the generation of wear particles, contributing to long-term implant stability. Suitable for use with various types of acetabular components, including solutions for younger and more active patients.

AneXys Acetabular Cup

A classic two-component system allowing flexible adaptation of the implant to the patient’s individual anatomy. The titanium shell with a porous, macro-structured surface ensures reliable primary stability and excellent biological integration, while Vitamys polyethylene or Ceramys ceramic liners provide a wide range of compatible combinations. The system enables the use of different shell and liner types tailored to various clinical situations.
